OSINAIKE ADEDOYIN, a B.sc accounting holder of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife formally began his working career with Temitayo Osinaike & Co Chartered Accountants as Audit Trainee in 1995. He was later promoted to the position of Audit Senior and left in January 1998 for Encomium Ventures Ltd (Entertainment Awards Organisation/Publisher of Encomium weekly) as Finance Officer. He rose through the ranks to become the Senior Accountant of the company till January 2001 when he called it quit. In March 2001, he continued his career in public service, when he joined Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON), a federal government agency as Accountant1. He later assumed the position of head, Final accounts and was charged with the responsibility of preparing the financial statement of the organisation. He resigned his appointment in October 2006.

He returned to the private sector to pursue his career which was facilitated by his brief stint with some private organisations he offered to serve mostly on contract basis between November 2006 and December 2008. These include JT Canada Ltd as Financial Consultant, Ringo Telecommunication Ltd as Accounts Manager and Gbenga Badejo & Co Chartered Accountants in Audit/Consultancy capacity.

In January 2009, he took up a full-time appointment with an indigenous conglomerate, BUA Group as Finance Manager in its maritime business subsidiary – BUA Ports & Terminals Ltd. Three and half years later, he was posted to oversee the Finance Department of the Cement business subsidiary of the Group – BUA Cement Company Ltd. In view of his consistent accomplishment, in less than two years he was again elevated to lead the Finance team of a newly commissioned Consumer goods production subsidiary of the Group – BUA Pasta Ltd where he was till 30th November 2015. In December 2015, he left for OLAM Group as the Finance lead of a 30-billion-naira Animal Feeds and Poultry business project in Kaduna and Ilorin, which he oversaw to its completion as a full fledge subsidiary of the Group in about two years. Thereafter, having had a blossoming career, he ventured into a career in Audit with a renowned Audit firm before joining Coleman.

Osinaike is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria with experience spanning over 18 years both in public and private sector. He is certified as proficient in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Notable among his accolades is being part of the team whose effort earned his employer, Temitayo Osinaike & Co Chartered Accountants, the stock exchange presidential merit Award in the insurance audit category few years back.
